Santa Teresa Discovery and City Tour
Santa Teresa is one of the most bucolic neighborhoods of Rio de Janeiro and is near the city center. It is there that we go to subway and tram. That’s right, tram! Jumped at the subway station Carioca. There is close to the station the last trams in the city that go to Santa Teresa. The ride in the tram lasts approximately 20 minutes. The charming winding streets of the neighborhood, opened the tram takes us to a different Rio de Janeiro, without traffic jams, with the skyscrapers seen only from afar, and many cultural attractions such as the Museum of heaven and Finchley Ruins Park. From above the city unfolds with chilling visual! On the way back, past the Convent of the Carmelites, by picturesque Selarón Steps in the neighborhood of Lapa. It gives you the creeps!
